We would like to point out that our general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply exclusively to the execution of development orders from G+L innotec GmbH (“General Conditions for the execution of development orders from G+L innotec GmbH, Laupheim”).
Differing, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions will only become part of the contract if and only to the extent that we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
